I have a really crazy story to share. My deceased father (Bernard Reich), who had always been controlling, is now doing so from his grave. When he died, he was unhappy with my brother and his son. He was disappointed with my brother (David Reich) for taking on his wife’s maiden name Kotzen (David Kotzen-Reich) and naming his son Ari Kotzen-Reich. My father would become enraged every time he’d tell anyone how he couldn’t find his own son anywhere under the name Reich.

So to punish my brother, the irrevocable trust reads: Ari Kotzen-Reich will inherit $250,000 if he has a son and names him Samuel Reich after my father’s father. Crazy?
