Soraya, the “wonderful people” are counting on you to be here with us next week. You know what? Because of you and all the back and forth discussions, I learned something new that will be very valuable to me — TAPPING. I’d never heard of it before! Have you? Wow, it works! When I was anxious thinking about how much I want you to be here next week, and the week after, and even after that, I Googled Tapping. The first I’d heard of it was from Alexainie’s post. It worked so well that I was aware of a total relaxation inside me as soon as I moved to my chest. I took an involuntary deep breath. I’m not saying that the same thing will happen to you, but believe me, aside from a drink or Klonopin or Xanax, I didn’t know of anything that would relax me when I am over the top anxious. So methods are out there that we haven’t even thought of.

I do know that depression is so very difficult to treat — almost harder than anything because we don’t even have the energy to move from the bed to the chair. So that’s when we need help. At least that’s when I need someone to come over to pick me up and take me to the someone or the something that can help me. Let the people that you think are so wonderful help you, Soraya. Please do us a big favor and let us try. ❤ ❤ ❤
