The presumption of innocence unless PROVED guilty is established part of western history. It applies to burglars, muggers, killers, embezzlers and so on. Why doesn’t it automatically extend to claims by women regarding assault or sexual imposition? It should.

I had not read Dakota’s stories before, and I can see why some people are skeptical.
